Our mission at Brotzman Athletics and Activities Consultants (BAAC) is to streamline the operational management of athletic events/activities and achieve team success on multiple levels by driving efficiency, enhancing performance, and elevating your athletic program.

Tom Brotzman

Founder/Managing Director

Tom Brotzman is an experienced teacher as well as an athletic director and coordinator with over 20 years of athletic management experience. He understands the nuances of sports scheduling and logistics for a variety of partners, ranging from small school districts to county-wide leagues. Tom’s knowledge of sports stems from 30 plus years of being an athlete himself, 24 years of coaching various sports, 17 years as a sports official, and 12 years as a member of the event staff for two professional sports organizations. He holds a masters degree in Educational Leadership from Lehigh University and an undergraduate degree in Communications and Psychology from Muhlenberg College. Tom also has a background in public relations and publishing.
